Thomas County CARES Chairs the Thomas County Homeless Coalition based in Thomasville, Georgia. The Coalition is in Partnership with The Family Connection in Thomas County.
Purpose of the Coalition​
The Thomas County Homeless Coalition is a dedicated force, uniting CARES with agencies and municipalities within our community to combat homelessness. We collaboratively enhance access to essential services, ensuring that those experiencing homelessness have their daily needs met. We are committed to guiding individuals on their journey from their current circumstances to a future of stability and fulfillment.
